Since 1996, Unique Cleaning Service, Inc., has provided janitorial and grounds maintenance solutions for our customers. We have over 25 years of experience in providing excellent facility management services to large and small clients in government and non-governmental environments. At Unique Cleaning Service, Inc., we provide a clean and healthy work environment through a combination of highly trained staff and great customer service experience. We distinguish ourselves by establishing a customized quality control program for each client. Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is committed to using the latest and most effective systems available to clean and sanitize the facilities we service by using the environmentally friendly cleaning products. In addition to using the most effective supplies, we also schedule routine quality control visits and utilize the latest advances in technology through the use of our electronic quality control checklists.

Meet Our Corporate Team

Willie Toney Sellers, Jr.

is President of the corporation. “Toney” is a native of Wilson, N.C., served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, retired and started the company in 1996. He brings with him solid organizational skills, business acumen and valuable creative foresight, plus strong interpersonal skills needed in working with people and establishing a good rapport with client’s, employees, and business partners.

Wayne Goodman

as our Vice President, ensures we have the infrastructure to operate and grow efficiently. Wayne also specializes in Accounting and Payroll, helping maintain the financial integrity of the company. He also holds a current CESE (Certified Environmental Services Executive) through IEHA.

Julius Ceasar Del Campo

as our Chief Operating Officer, has the overall responsibility for operations and administration of all of UCSI contracts. A former marine, he has over 15 years of government contract operations and management experience. Upon award, Julius is prepared to meet with the VA representative to address staffing, supply and equipment delivery, and start-up timelines, as well as any areas VA officials may have questions.

January Abram

is our Director of Human Resources. She oversees the administration of our human resource programs including compensation, benefits and employee relations. She holds a B.S in Business Administration and M.Ed in Training and Performance Management.

Jennifer Morales

is our Human Resources Assistant and Recruiter. She brings a decade of HR experience and 7 years of Asset Protection management to our team. Jennifer makes sure our contracts stay fully staffed!

Sarah Ray

is one of our Operations Support Managers. Sarah supports the day-to-day activities of the company’s contracts, ensuring that the contracts are performing efficiently and effectively. She also holds a CESE (Certified Environmental Services Executive) through IEHA.

Laneil Mercer

is an Operations Support Manager at UCSI. His experience ranges from Management and Training Provider to hands-on service. Laneil previously handled Quality Control Inspections, Safety Reporting, Floor Team Equipment Training, Supply Orders, and Payroll. Laneil’s positivity and attention to detail make him an asset to any project.

 

Oscar Carmona

As an Operations Support Manager, Oscar is responsible for overseeing contracts on the West Coast. With over 20 years of government operations and management experience, he effectively manages regional staffing, supply, and equipment delivery, start-ups, and Quality Control Inspections. Additionally, as a former marine, he brings a wealth of experience to support the day-to-day activities of the company’s contracts, ensuring their efficient and effective performance. He also holds a current CESE (Certified Environmental Services Executive) through IEHA.

Tre' Brown

has a background in education, with a BA in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Instructional Design. Her career path led to work in Commercial Construction where she has 17 years experience as a General Contractor. Her extensive work on managing projects and subcontracts and strong organization skills help us and our subcontractors stay compliant. Tre' reports to Julius Ceasar Del Campo, Chief Operating Officer.

Jodi Foster

is our Executive Administrator. She has over a decade of experience procuring janitorial contracts with healthcare facilities, large factories and has also ran her own house cleaning and management business simultaneously. Jodi has over 4 years office experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and handled client/company communications. At UCSI, she oversees Accounts Receivable/Payable and works alongside the COO in Business Development.

 

Erin O’Leary

is our Executive Administrative Assistant. She has owned and operated her own janitorial business managing all scheduling and invoicing. At UCSI, Erin handles AR/AP review and entry and provides support to the administrative staff. Her attention to detail enhances UCSI’s organization and contributes to the success of starting up new contracts.
