Our Management Team

Administration

	Willie Toney Sellers, Jr. is President of the corporation. “Toney” a native of Wilson, N.C., served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, retired and started the company in 1996. He brings with him solid organizational skills, business acumen and valuable creative foresight, plus strong interpersonal skills needed in working with people and establishing a good rapport with client’s, employees, and business partners.
	Wayne Goodman manages administrative functions in the company and oversees projects that will ensure Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. has the infrastructure to operate and grow efficiently. Mr. Goodman holds an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix and B.S.B.A. from East Carolina University.
	Randy Rozier is Vice President and Division Manager for Unique Security Service. Mr. Rozier is a retired FBI Special Agent. He oversees all day-to-day operations of the Security division. Mr. Rozier’s expertise is well established: ASIS Certified in Security Force Management, Organized Crime Investigations, Police Instructor, Special Operations, Crime Scene Investigation, Personal Security, and Asset Protection & Surveillance.
	Ellen Pine manages the Contract Administration area as well as overseeing some Quality Control territories. Her organizational and research skills are further strengthened by her Masters Degree in Library Science. Ellen has practical and in-depth experience in government contracting procedures and has been with the company longer than any other employee (except for Toney, of course).
	James McPhail is our Government Affairs Officer, specializing in government contracts and financial analysis. He has a strong background in project management and financial analysis for Philips Electronics. Mr. McPhail holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Wayne Community College (Goldsboro, NC) and attended East Tennessee State University.

Quality Control Team

	James Joyner oversees cleaning operations throughout North Carolina, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and contract compliance are achieved throughout the region. “JD” supervises employees and subcontractors effectively on a daily basis; at times even doing the “dirty work” when it means getting the job done right!
	Vernessa Ferrington is Quality Control Manager for numerous sites located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and along the eastern seaboard. Her responsibilities include inspecting each site for cleanliness, handling customer requests, and managing employees and subcontractors.
	Cecil Norwood is the senior Quality Control Manager, overseeing and developing many of the Quality Control procedures throughout the company. He inspects and oversees many of the geographically distant locations and ensures the company meets contractual quality standards.
	Yvette Pierre is District Manager overseeing numerous sites throughout Georgia. Yvette has a wealth of experience gained while overseeing housekeeping cleaning operations at a hospital in Louisiana. Yvette handles all site management, quality control, and customer service functions.

Support Services

	Marie Sherard is a Contract Administrator, ensuring proper levels of support and customer service levels are maintained. Marie oversees many of the subcontractor management functions as well as ensuring periodic services are performed on-time.
	Zuheiry Ocasio-Mercier is our Human Resources Administrator, overseeing employment and recruiting activities, employee relations, benefits, and training and development areas.
	Lori Scott is our Inventory Control Specialist; she ensures the right equipment and supplies are in the right place at the right time.
	Jennifer Williams provides critical administrative support to the entire management staff. Jennifer provides the first line of service to our customers as the primary inbound call operator.
	Terry Goby is the Information Systems Specialist. He develops and maintains administrative and database systems to help ensure maximum data integrity with minimal system downtime.
	Dana Beckford provides specialized support to the administrative team, particularly to Mr. Sellers. Dana’s organizational skills combined with her excellent communication abilities allow her to contribute to the team’s success in many areas.
