Administration

toney Willie Toney Sellers, Jr. is President of the corporation.  “Toney” a native of Wilson, N.C., served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, retired and started the company in 1996.  He brings with him solid organizational skills, business acumen and valuable creative foresight, plus strong interpersonal skills needed in working with people and establishing a good rapport with client’s, employees, and business partners.
BillR Bill Rebernik is Regional Sales Manager for the company. He oversees all sales and service issues for new commercial janitorial clients. Bill has over 10 years experience in facilities management.  Bill is a graduate of The Citadel and a former Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army.

 

wayne Wayne Goodman manages administrative functions in the company and oversees projects that will ensure Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. has the infrastructure to operate and grow efficiently.  Mr. Goodman holds an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix and B.S.B.A. from East Carolina University and is a former US Air Force officer.
randy Randy Rozier is Vice President and Division Manager for Unique Security Service.  Mr. Rozier is a retired FBI Special Agent. He oversees all day-to-day operations of the Security division. Mr. Rozier’s expertise is well established: ASIS Certified in Security Force Management, Organized Crime Investigations, Police Instructor, Special Operations, Crime Scene Investigation, Personal Security, and Asset Protection & Surveillance.
Jennifer Jennifer Williams manages the Contract Administration area as well as overseeing the Quality Control team. Jennifer holds a Masters Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University.
jamesm James McPhail is our Government Affairs Officer, specializing in government contracts and financial analysis. He has a strong background in project management and financial analysis for Philips Electronics. Mr. McPhail holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Wayne Community College (Goldsboro, NC) and attended East Tennessee State University.

 

Quality Control Team

james James Joyner oversees cleaning operations throughout North Carolina, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and contract compliance are achieved throughout the region. “JD” supervises employees and subcontractors effectively on a daily basis.
vernessa Vernessa Ferrington is Quality Control Manager for numerous sites located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and along the eastern seaboard.  Her responsibilities include inspecting each site for cleanliness, handling customer requests, and managing employees and subcontractors.
Debra.jpg Debra Mayberry is District Manager overseeing numerous sites throughout Georgia.  Debra has a wealth of experience as an educator and trainer.  She has also gained the hands on experience only received by actually cleaning facilities.  Debra holds a Bachelors Degree from Clark College and Master of Education degree from University of Georgia. 

 

Support Services

zuheiry Zuheiry Ocasio-Mercier is our Human Resources Administrator, overseeing employment and recruiting activities, employee relations, benefits, and training and development areas. Zuheiry earned a B.S. in Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
lori Lori Scott is our Accounting Manager, overseeing all accounting functions and ensuring critical financial controls are in place. Lori earned a BA in Economics from Spelman College, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller School of Management.
Tim

Tim Hydrick is our Accounting Specialist, providing accounting support in all areas of financial activities. Tim holds a B.S. in Management and Accountancy from Jacksonville State University and an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix.

Dana Beckford provides specialized support to the administrative team, particularly to Mr. Sellers. Dana’s organizational skills combined with her excellent communication abilities allow her to contribute to the team’s success in many areas.
