He brings with him solid organizational skills, business acumen and valuable creative foresight, plus strong interpersonal skills needed in working with people and establishing a good rapport with client’s, employees, and business partners. |

Bill Rebernik is Regional Sales Manager for the company. He oversees all sales and service issues for new commercial janitorial clients. Bill has over 10 years experience in facilities management. Bill is a graduate of The Citadel and a former Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army.

Wayne Goodman manages administrative functions in the company and oversees projects that will ensure Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. has the infrastructure to operate and grow efficiently. Mr. Goodman holds an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix and B.S.B.A. from East Carolina University and is a former US Air Force officer. |

Randy Rozier is Vice President and Division Manager for Unique Security Service. Mr. Rozier is a retired FBI Special Agent. He oversees all day-to-day operations of the Security division. Mr. Rozier’s expertise is well established: ASIS Certified in Security Force Management, Organized Crime Investigations, Police Instructor, Special Operations, Crime Scene Investigation, Personal Security, and Asset Protection & Surveillance. |

Jennifer Williams manages the Contract Administration area as well as overseeing the Quality Control team. Jennifer holds a Masters Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University. |

James McPhail is our Government Affairs Officer, specializing in government contracts and financial analysis. He has a strong background in project management and financial analysis for Philips Electronics. Mr. McPhail holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Wayne Community College (Goldsboro, NC) and attended East Tennessee State University. |

Zuheiry earned a B.S. in Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. |

Lori Scott is our Accounting Manager, overseeing all accounting functions and ensuring critical financial controls are in place. Lori earned a BA in Economics from Spelman College, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller School of Management. |
